“The results were fantastic right out of the gate. The ability to make documents, schedules, and forms available to students digitally greatly reduced the amount of paperwork and the email system made communication simple and instantaneous.

Students were able to enroll and upload projects to the system which enabled us to have fewer meetings. We were able to recruit judges by advertising the link to the site and allowing them to sign up on their own time. This saved hours of phone calls and emails. Overall, I would say that
our work load decreased by half and communication with students, parents, judges and volunteers was considerably more efficient.”
